For instance, I may use deep tissue techniques to target specific areas of tension, Myofascial Release to stretch and release the connective tissues, Muscle Energy Techniques to improve muscle function, Cupping to promote blood flow and healing, and Trigger Point Therapy to alleviate pain and discomfort.
